This exclusive spirit was personally selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker from six outstanding casks dating back to 1989. The whisky matured in a mix of three Pedro Ximnez sherry hogsheads, one Oloroso sherry puncheon, and two virgin oak barrels. On the nose, the whisky reveals notes of cinnamon,
