A 4,000 year old cooking process transforms the corn into a unique mash that is then double distilled on copper stills. The maturation then takes place in new and pre allocated barrels. Abasolo Mexican Corn Whiskey matured in oak casks for an undefined period of time. Bottled at 43% vol. Alcohol. Nose: Roasted corn, sweet with honey
