Sourced from a 3 hectare plot with south southwest exposure and kimmeridgian soils, its bright hue with golden tinges and remarkable aromatic complexity of ripe citrus and white flowers make for a pleasant freshness and excellent length. Pair with grilled swordfish or garlicky shrimp.
