This is an incredible, all original, example of a German Army M 40 Single Decal Combat Helmet. This stamped sheet steel construction helmet retains approximately 90% of its original paint. The left side of the helmet features a crisp Heer eagle decal. The decal is retained 90%. All three liner retaining pins are intact. The interior of the helmet still has the original M31 leather liner with all eight of its fingers
