In silver, a seven point green enamelled star with ball finials, three small faceted rays in each quadrant, the large center medallion features a gilt crescent moon on a red enamelled field with inscription ABDULAZIZ HAN EL MUSTENID BITTEVFIKAT EL RABBANIYE MELIK UL DEVLETUL OSAMIYE, surrounded by a thick green enamelled ring, the reverse medallion has been rotated and sits upside down bearing two drums with flags and the
