Germany, Third Reich. A German Red Cross Nurse’s Cross, IV Class Auction in fact some time before(Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Schwesternkreuz IV. Klasse). Instituted 1 May 1939. (1939 1945 issue). Constructed of a silver alloy with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a narrow Cross Patte, the obverse bearing a central white enameled medallion overlaid by a Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (German Red Cross DRK) log in the form of a black German national eagle clutching a red Geneva Cross and overlaid by a silver mobile swastika, the twelve oclock arm topped by
