This is an extremely scarce conversion because in 1943 the new made 12" bladed P-1943 India Pattern Bayonet without blade fuller was adopted and that in turn was replaced in 1944 by the square pommel P-1944 Jungle Fighting Bayonet

British Martini-Henry Tumbler Made By W.W. Greener Hand Select:No two side pockets of 6ORIGINAL ITEM: The tumbler cocks the firing pin and acts as sear. The cocking indicator rod acts as the pivot for the tumbler. These tumblers are British made and bear inspection stamps from RSAF Enfield, but they were made by the distinguished British custom gun manufacturer W. W. Greener. This is indicated by the initials W. W. G. stamped on the tumbler. All have been checked for fit on an original British manufacture cocking indicator rod. We have
