One of a Kind. This is a fantastic example of an M1 Helmet liner worn by a Sergeant J. M., Company B, 781st Tank Battalion during World War II. The liner is etched on the left side with the triangular insignia of the 781st, with a set of Sergeants chevrons on the front, and his initials, J. M. on the other side next to a date, 1 18 45, for January 18th, 1945. The liners interior is etched with the soldiers unit, Co. B, 781st Tank Bn.,
