This is an excellent condition Royal Dutch Airforce Model 1964 Officer's Dagger (KLu officiers ponjaard 1964). The double edged blade is in near mint condition, the ricasso is nicely maker marked with a Eickhorn squirrel logo and the company name Carl Eickhorn of Solingen, Germany.
