A well preserved ersatz (substitute) combat bayonet, measuring 46 cm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 31. 5 cm long polished magnetic steel blade with a sharpened tip and lower edge. The blade sits securely within a one piece magnetic metal hilt with an open top muzzle guide and hollow insertion slot with a functional push button spring release. The reverse of the muzzle guide bears a stamped letter W topped
