Gerard Boulay 'Tradition' Chavignol Sancerre, 2025 Pessac-Leognan this vintage balances ripe fruitThis wine is made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc, and is a blend of young vine parcels on kimmeridgian slopes in the renowned village of Chavignol. We would pair this with linguine ai frutti di mare, a pasta dish with clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari, and scallops, garnished with fresh herbs. The Boulay family has a rich history in Chavignol, and can trace their history in the village back to 1380.
