WWII Issue Medic "Red Cross" flag. The flag is constructed of wool cloth and measures approximately 18 x 28 inches, with a large "Red Cross" in the center. It is multi piece construction, made from a single piece of white wool with cotton red crosses sewn onto each side. The header is a sleeve with two leather attachment tabs sewn inside.
