Offered in good used condition and complete with Quarter Straps. Some parts are definitely deteriorated and need to be reconditioned. We were able to find very faint arsenal markings which show the manufacturer as Rock Island Arsenal 1917 and the 11 INCH SEAT marking on the brass fitting on the front front. The leather guards on the quarter safes are marked HOTZE & SONS 1918 J. E. S.. The stirrups and quarter safe
