Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, trimmed with rose pink piping, and bearing a cypher in the form of a silvered tombak Danziger style Totenkopf, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 75 mm (l), demonstrating mothing throughout the piping, a field worn and uniform removed example with character in very fine condition.
