Germany, HJ. A Mint Field Cap Democratic Republic of the 1905 with a pension and(HJ Sommer Mtze). An extremely well preserved HJ field cap, constructed of khaki tan cotton. The cap is fully surrounded by stylized side walls which are trimmed along the seam with red piping. Stitched onto the lower peak is an embroidered HJ insignia, measuring 15 mm (w) x 25 mm (h).
