Luigi Ferrando 'Etichetta Nera' Carema DOC, 2019 chocolate liqueur Pair it with olive oilThis wine is 100% Nebbiolo from Carema in Northern Italy. The older sibling to the 'Etichetta Bianca' this bottling is only made in select vintages. After three years in small used barrels it is released to the market. Trademark Nebbiolo characteristics are present on the palette, rose petals, red fruit, leather and a bit of tar. Cellaring is recommended but after a thorough decant this wine will complement meat dishes fresh off the grill.
