The book consists of a heavy card stock binding with a blue exterior liner, accompanied by its original glossed paper stock dust jacket. The obverse exterior of the latter depicts a black and white photograph of Canadian forces moving through a ruined town, overlaid by the books title and author. The reverse of the exterior depicts
