Nusserhof 'Elda' Schiava Alto Adige, 2016 limoncello It all began in MarseilleThis wine is 85% Schiava Vernatsch and 15% other varietals. Coming from the German speaking portion of Alto Adige, specifically Bozen, Nusserhof is doing their best to continue Schiava production in the region in the face of its decline. In the glass, you can expect notes of strawberry and dried rose petals with subtler notes of cinnamon and smoke. We recommend pairing with Wiener schnitzel or currywurst and fries.
