A matching set of Administrative rank insignia, including: 1. A pair of collar tabs, each constructed of green wool with buckram cores, trimmed with green threaded and silver aluminum wire piping, and bearing a silver grey threaded oak leaf cluster, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), demonstrating minor soiling and material fatigue throughout, in uniform removed and very fine condition. 2. A pair of
