In silver, dual cornucopia hallmarked and marked with a "1" between the cornucopias on the edge, engraver marked "O. Roty" on the obverse, measuring 30 mm in diameter, silver "1895" oak leaves and laurel leaves branches clasp affixed to its original ribbon, extremely fine. Footnote: The Second Madagascar Campaign Commemorative Medal was instituted on January 15, 1896 and awarded to participants
