In silver with red and white enamels, Royal crown on the obverse centrepiece ring, measuring 41 mm (w) x 41. 2 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced ball suspension, dark patina, chipping evident in the white enamels on the obverse centrepiece and on the reverse on one tip of the arm at 6 o'clock, original ribbon with hook and eye, fine.
