Italy, Kingdom. A 5Th Alpini Regiment Hat consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac 63 mm x 104 mmThe exterior is in a pressed grayish green felt, designed with a protruding brim at the front, with raised edges on both sides that carry around to the back of the hat, the entire edge of which is trimmed in a light brown synthetic material. There is a leather patch with a moss green upper stitched in place on the left side, the patch with a black raven's feather protruding from it, indicative of an Alpini Regiment. Stitched in place at the front is a
