A stunningly bright, beautiful, and decadent bottling, this wine is full of stewed plum, dark cherries, leather, tobacco, and a touch of vanilla. Like most Sagrantino, this will benefit from cellaring, but will stunning with braised beef dishes, lamb and mint jelly, and hard cheeses.
