This is a wonderful uniform grouping that belonged to Staff Sergeant Warren H. Gardner, who was a member of Company A,t 1st Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division. The 506th PIR is the same regiment that was depicted in the book and HBO series BAND OF BROTHERS.
