Hardshelled design on both the lid and base, red pebbled exterior with black finished bottom, marked with the Bulgarian coat of arms surmounted by the Imperial Crown and inscribed ". .. II. CT." on the lid, white satin lining and padded on the inside lid, black felt recessed medal beds for the badge and breast star, dual hinged, dual latch closure, very light soiling evident on the exterior
